How can I cancel my order?
If you want to resign, send us an e-mail with the order number at: email@example.com
If we do not receive the payment within 7 buisness days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
When will I receive my order?
Standard shipping takes 3 days at most, counted from the date of booking the payment on our bank account, Paypal or Przelewy24. In case of a very urgent order, please send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Clothes, which are manufactured on Your order are being sent within 14 days of the date of payment being booked on the bank account, according to what is stated in the item descrription box.
During the order peak period or holidays manufacturing and shipping the order may be slightly late.
I’ve placed an order, but there is no confirmation e-mail. When will I receive it?
The confirmation is sent via email automaticaly after the order has been placed. If the e-mail address is uncorrect, the confirmation will not be received.
Try to check the SPAM folder. If there is no confirmation, e-mail us at: email@example.com, and we will confirm the order.
I’ve received my order, but some items are mistaken / damaged. What can I do?
Contact us immidiately at: firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will find a solution as fast as possible.
Please remember to add the order number, pictures of the damaged/mistaken items and description of the issue.
Where can I find information about current discounts?
All the information considering current sale can be found on our social media accounts or via Newsletter.
When certain items are sold out, will they eventually be back in stock?
It is possible! All the information can be found on our website, social media accounts and in the Newsletter. You can also add the item to your Wishlist to observe all changes.
From where are the items being shipped?
All of our products are shipped from our warehouse in Poland.
What about the shipping costs?
Shipping fees are dependant on the country of destination and the weight of the package. You can easily check the shipping fee after adding all the items to your Cart and your shipping address.
How long will the delivery take?
The delivery time for orders in Poland takes from 1 to 2 business days. For international packages the delivery takes up to 7 business days via courier, postal parcel may take from 4 to 23 business days, depending on the country (Europe – up to 8 days, Asia/North America– up to 14 days, South America – up to 15 days, Australia/New Zealand – up to 23 days). This time is counted from the date of sending the parcel.
Delivery companies: DPD, Inpost -Poland; DPD, UPS, FEDEX, GLS, Poczta Polska – for international orders.
How can I pay for my order?
We offer the following payment options:
– Credit/Debet Card: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro
– Cash on delivery: available only in Poland
If the payment methods listed above are not suitable for you, you can use credit transfer. Remember to add the order number to the title of the payment.

What about taxes and duty?
Taxes and duty are being individually counted according to the shipping country policies.
Will additional fees be added?
We collect only the full payment shown in the order confirmation. Please remember there may be fees due to international payments, dependent on the rules of your banking account.
Check your international payment fee on your banking account before placing the order, because you will be held responsible for all the payments imposed by your Bank.
How can I return or exchange the items?
You can return your order up to 14 days from the date of the receiving of your order. Please make sure that the item is in perfect condition, with all the original tags and packaging. Also remember to keep the shipping confirmation.
NEIGETEES.COM reserves the right to dismiss the received returns when there was delay in shipping, ot if the item is damaged, used or does not have original tags and packaging. If you want to change the size or pick a different item, contact us via email at: email@example.com
Who pays for the return?
We provide free returns in Poland. We do not refund costs of the international shipping. Duty and taxes are not refundable.
