The project’s goal is to increase the competetiveness of NT Roman Buk, by establishing new connections with international market and introducing the brand to new geographical locations.
Measures planned in the project:
– helping to create new business models, including international activities, opening new business
channels, georgaphical or sectoral diversification (Type 1);
– supporting economical cooperation, both in the target country as well as worldwide (Type 2);
– promotion of the company, including participation in important events (worldwide), for example fairs, exhibitions, technological presentations etc; as a part of the project parts that inclde the development of the company and new business models (Type 3).
The immediate effects of the project would be supporting NT Roman Buk in terms of internationalisation of the brand, consultations with the specialists, introducing organisational innovations, supporting the informative and promotional activities, investing own assets.
