How is shipping handled?

All products are shipped from our warehouse in Poland. Shipping costs depend on the country and the weight of the package. They can be easily calculated in the cart after adding the product and providing the shipping address.
What is the delivery time?

Delivery time in Poland is 1 to 2 business days, for international courier shipments up to 7 days, and for postal shipments 4-23 days depending on the location (Europe-up to 8 days, Asia/North America-up to 14 days, South America-up to 15 days, Australia/New Zealand up to 23 days). This time is counted from the moment the order is dispatched.

The courier company delivering orders in the country is DPD or Inpost, and DPD, UPS, FEDEX, GLS or Poczta Polska for international shipments.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How can I make a return?

You can return or exchange any item purchased on neigetees.com within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure that the returned product is in perfect condition with original tags and packaging. Remember to keep your proof of postage.
neigetees.com reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated after the specified period, or items that show signs of use or have had their original tags removed. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or another item, please contact us at: store@neigetees.com

Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
